Chez Suzanne

The bar at La Verniaz is unusual, welcoming you into an intimate, wood-clad ambience that exudes Scottish charm through its tartan seating and its collection of vintage bottles of scotch. In days gone by, it was home to a tasting club of the best scotches and whiskies and today is still home to the finest ones, now joined by new spirits and seasonal cocktails. When the weather is fine, its large terrace is much appreciated as a place to enjoy long afternoons or meet up with friends for an aperitif before dining at Le Bistrot.

The bar is open every day from 10am to 10pm, with snacks available from 12pm to 9pm.

Depending on our events and private bookings, you’ll always find something to eat at Chez Suzanne or the Bistrot. Full details will be available on site during your stay.
