At “Chez Auguste”, the La Verniaz family welcomes you for a private dinner exemplifying sharing and simplicity.

On the menu: raclette or prime rib in winter, and grilled meats in fine spring/summer weather, all cooked over a wood fire in the dining room's historic fireplace. 


Only by prior arrangement and booking at least 72 hours in advance (working days) for a private meal for 8 to 18 people maximum at a single table.

Behind the barbecue, Chef makes his specialties crackle: grilled meats, lobster and prime rib, and offers generous desserts featuring seasonal fruits.
