At “Chez Auguste”, the La Verniaz family welcomes you; Chef Didier Kany, Yasmine or Justine, for a private dinner exemplifying sharing and simplicity.

On the menu: raclette or prime rib in winter, and grilled meats in fine spring/summer weather, all cooked over a wood fire in the dining room's historic fireplace.

The restaurant


Diners are welcomed directly into the lounge-dining room, the homely feel wins us over as soon as our coats are taken. Seated before the historic fireplace, the chef prepares the raclette wheel or watches over the wood-fired cooking of a prime rib of beef, according to the menu chosen.

The big family table, decorated in its red and white checks, with country loaf, jars of home-made pickles and large platters of cured meats, awaits its guests.
